Refund policy

We will happily authorise a store credit for any full priced product purchased from our online store within 30 days of the item's original delivery date. We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition.

If you would like to return an item, please email hello@tidetown.com with your order number in the subject line (within 30 days of delivery date). After the expiry of the 30 day period, no store credit can be offered. 

Please note, return costs are at your own expense, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection. They may be sent via any method, but please keep a note of the tracking number for location purposes. We will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

You will receive your store credit once we have received and approved that the product is in it's original condition.
